Payments and Accepted Methods

We accept payments for our services using Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

For online payments:

A secure payment link will be generated and shared with the customer.
Customers are required to complete the payment using the provided secure link.
Once payment is successfully completed, a payment confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours.

The Company does not store or have direct access to your card details.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the service has not already been initiated or scheduled for immediate execution.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels such as phone or email.

Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
The refund processing time may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank or card provider.
