Payments & Refund

  • We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) for all our products and services.

    • Once the payment is made, a payment confirmation notice will be sent via email within 24 hours.

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer.

    • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
