Payments & Refund

  • We accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) for our products and services.
  • In case of Online Payment we generate a payment link through which payment can be done ,Once the payment is made, the Payment confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  • Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours , Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
